About
I'm a software engineer at FC Porto, responsible for the club's single sign-on platform — the OpenID Connect / OAuth 2.0 identity layer behind its consumer-facing products — and for the Member Portal, the club's membership site.
Before that, I led the end-to-end engineering of ContiForm at Continental Advanced Antenna: a .NET and React platform that replaced paper ramp-up checklists at a factory producing 10–15 million antennas a year. It digitised over 50,000 forms annually and has been in continuous production since December 2025. It was also my M.Sc. thesis in Informatics Engineering (UTAD, 2026).
My focus is identity engineering — authentication, authorization, and the protocols underneath. I'm currently working through the OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect specifications and building an OpenID Connect identity provider from scratch in .NET: authorization code with PKCE, discovery, JWKS with key rotation, refresh token rotation, and passkeys.
I've written four peer-reviewed papers on industrial digitisation — they're on the Publications page.
